Pennsylvania Pre-K Counts (Pre-K Counts) - Torresdale Location

Pennsylvania Pre-K Counts (Pre-K Counts) provides quality half-day and full-day pre-kindergarten to eligible 3 and 4 year olds in Pennsylvania.

Pre-K Counts is designed for children who:

Are between age 3 and until the entry age for kindergarten;
Are at risk of school failure and living in families earning up to 300 percent of the federal income poverty level (such as a family of four earning $72,900) who may also be English language learners or have special needs.

Pre-K Application

Enrollment for Pre-K opens June 3, 2024.

To enroll, families will need to bring the following materials to Bright Little Scholars (Torresdale/Cardiff) if that is where they plan to enroll:

One proof of age document
One proof of residency document
Proof of age documents include:
- A birth certificate
- A valid US passport
- A Social Security card
- Medical or school records
Proof of residency documents include:
- A state-issued ID or driver’s license
- A voter ID
- A current lease or rental agreement
- A Social Security award letter
